Exchange Policy:
We want you and your pets to be happy! To exchange an item due to sizing or damage, please:
- Request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be undamaged, with tags intact, free from pet hair, dirt, or odors, and returned in original packaging.
- Shipping: Customers cover non-refundable shipping costs.
If an exchange isn’t possible, due to stock availability or other reasons, store credit will be issued, valid for up to one year.
